Former Kodak warehouse sold to property firm
Kodak has sold a former warehouse and office complex to a property company.
The 167,130 sq ft building, which was sold to J Pullan and Sons for an undisclosed sum, is on a 7.6acre site at Howley Park in Morley, south Leeds. The property firm also owns other land at Howley Park.
Mike Haigh, a partner of Dove Haigh Phillips, which brokered the deal, said: “This is an important deal, reflecting the size of the warehouse, its large secure yard and excellent location. It is an endorsement of the strength of the Leeds industrial property market.
“The sale followed a global review in which Kodak decided the property was surplus to requirements, so it was offered for sale with vacant possession.”
