Folk leg­end Carthy plays in Don­caster

MULTI- award win­ning folk singer Martin Carthy MBE, has per­formed for more than 40 years on the folk scene – and tonight he will be in Don­caster.

At times con­tro­ver­sial, the bal­lad singer, gui­tarist and com­poser has made more than 40 al­bums and had many mu­si­cal part­ner­ships – in­clud­ing with his wife Norma Water­son and daugh­ter El­iza Carthy.

He will per­form tonight at the Roots Mu­sic Club, The Ukrainian Cen­tre in Don­caster.
