Prices: £17,595 (113bhp 1.2 petrol turbo Visia) to £27,845 (1.6 diesel 4x4 Tekna). A 148bhp 1.2 petrol engine arrives in Autumn.
Diesel: From £19,290 for the 108bhp 1.5 Visia.
Nissan: Turning 80 this year. It is by far the biggest UK car producer, with nearly 118,000 sales last year. In the pipeline this year: a Focus-sized hatch from Barcelona, an electric NV200 van and an update on the GTR super-coupé.
Verdict: A great allrounder for family motoring.
