Lots of in­ter­est in auc­tion prop­er­ties

Auc­tion House Man­ning Stainton is cel­e­brat­ing the suc­cess of their sec­ond auc­tion.

The sale got off to a fly­ing start with a ter­race house on Wyther Park Street, Leeds, guided be­tween £25,000 and £35,000, achiev­ing £65,000.

The suc­cess con­tin­ued with the sec­ond lot of the day at 576 King Lane, Al­wood­ley. Two self con­tained flats with an­nexe were guided be­tween £150,000 and £170,000 but achieved £224,000.

David Pank, of Man­ning Stainton, said: “It is clear from the grow­ing num­ber of at­ten­dees that the auc­tion of res­i­den­tial prop­erty is set to be­come more pop­u­lar.”
