In another development in Leeds city centre, Savills is marketing three sharedownership apartments at Granary Wharf. Chevin Housing Association owns the flats and is offering a 25 per cent, 50 per cent or 75 per cent share.
Buyers pay a discounted rent on the share they do not purchase. Matthew Jones, Savills development director, comments: “Affordable housing in Leeds city centre is at a premium and flats under the scheme are usually snapped up in a matter of weeks. We’re looking forward to marketing the properties with Chevin Housing Group.”
