THE Span­ish prop­erty slump ap­pears to be over for Tay­lor Wim­pey de Es­paña.

Man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Javier Ballester is thrilled with the con­sis­tent up-turn that 2010 de­liv­ered and says: “Af­ter im­ple­ment­ing a correction to re­flect cur­rent pric­ing lev­els, de­mand for prop­er­ties in Spain by for­eign pur­chasers has in­creased.”

Tourism fig­ures are also re­port­edly up across Spain.

This sum­mer, the mu­nic­i­pal­ity of Mar­bella reg­is­tered a seven per cent in­crease in ho­tel oc­cu­pancy.

Tay­lor Wim­pey Es­paña is sell­ing new apart­ments in Ben­havis, Costa del Sol from 232,000 eu­ros.
