WELL-KNOWN agent and char­tered sur­veyor Tim Mudd is cel­e­brat­ing 25 years in busi­ness.

He put his first brass plate up on premises at 5 Peckitt Street, York, a quar­ter of a cen­tury ago, which read “T. J. Mudd & Co Char­tered Sur­vey­ors, Land and Es­tate Agents”.

In 1987 T. J. Mudd & Co for­mally associated with Ralph Ap­ple­ton and Hall (now Ap­ple­tons) in Stock­ton-on-Tees and in 1988 T. J. Mudd & Co associated with a prac­tice in Bedale.

They now of­fer help with sales, ac­qui­si­tions, val­u­a­tions and man­age­ment of res­i­den­tial, agri­cul­tural and com­mer­cial and in­di­vid­ual land and prop­erty. Man­age­ment of ru­ral es­tates and res­i­den­tial blocks also form an im­por­tant part of the busi­ness.
