Be­tween 1953 and 1989, Becca Hall was also used by The Na­tional Grid as a con­trol cen­tre for the Leeds elec­tric­ity net­work and, sub­se­quently, there are ex­tra ex­ten­sions to the side of the orig­i­nal house.

The prop­erty is of a clas­si­cal style and has nu­mer­ous pe­riod fea­tures re­lat­ing to its his­tory, in­clud­ing a ‘Tus­can’-style porch and lion-em­bel­lished oak door.

The hall is need of restora­tion and has po­ten­tial for con­ver­sion into a va­ri­ety of uses, in­clud­ing fam­ily home, of­fices or ho­tel/ wed­ding venue, sub­ject to the nec­es­sary plan­ning per­mis­sions.

In­side, there are sev­eral pe­riod fea­tures, in­clud­ing a fly­ing stone stair­case and moulded plas­ter dec­o­ra­tion.

Becca Hall is lo­cated in the vil­lage’s park­land and has stun­ning views.
