Fernhill, north of Cardiff, is in second place with an average value of £32,700.
The most affordable street in Yorkshire and the Humber is Alfred Street in Halifax. The average price of a property there is £42,200.
In second place is Guildford Street in Grimsby where the average price is £45,600.
At number three is Aylesford Street in Hull with an average value of £45,800. It is just south of Hull City Football Club’s ground and south west of Hull Royal Infimary.
