New­pres­i­dent for Leeds as­so­ci­a­tion

PAUL Le­han is the new pres­i­dent of the Leeds Es­tate Agents’ Sur­vey­ors’ & Valuers’ As­so­ci­a­tion as the group en­ters its 122nd year.

Paul, 39, is a di­rec­tor of one of Leeds’ long­est-es­tab­lished agen­cies, Head­in­g­ley-based Castle­hill, where he has worked on both the com­pany’s sales and let­tings op­er­a­tions for the past 15 years.

He says: “Our as­so­ci­a­tion has a long his­tory of bring­ing to­gether un­ri­valled ex­per­tise and knowl­edge of all el­e­ments of the Leeds prop­erty mar­ket, which is cru­cial in help­ing us over­come the chal­lenges it faces. We are com­mit­ted to draw­ing on this pool of lo­cal tal­ent to main­tain Leeds’s grow­ing pop­u­lar­ity as a place to live and work.”
