Property firms to share expertise

Yorkshire Post - Property - - PROPERTY -

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and Countrywide have announced an agreement to share their commercial and residential expertise.

It will combine the resources of Countrywide, the UK’s largest residential property services group, with CBRE’s capability in residential-led mixed-use development.

The agreement launches this month and is an extension of CBRE’s relationship with Hamptons International, which will now include Countrywide’s 1,300 offices and dedicated teams of land advisors, financial services consultants, new build and social housing specialists.
