Ilkley lodge price drops for auction
A VACANT residential property in Ilkley which was previously marketed at £245,000 is being offered at a reduced guide price of £180,000 to £200,000 at an auction in Leeds on May 12.
The Old Lodge is a threebedroom detached stone-built residence on Ashlands Road, at the entrance to Ilkley cemetery and a Yorkshire Water waste water treatment works. It is described as being in need of renovation and modernisation.
