Va­ri­ety Club awards raise £128,000

THE win­ners of the pres­ti­gious York­shire Prop­erty Awards, were re­vealed at a din­ner at Rud­ding Park Ho­tel, Har­ro­gate.

The event raised £128,000 for the Va­ri­ety Club Chil­dren’s Char­ity, which is cel­e­brat­ing 50 years of rais­ing money for dis­abled and dis­ad­van­taged chil­dren in the York­shire re­gion.

There were 11 dif­fer­ent cat­e­gories and win­ners in­cluded McAleer & Rushe, who col­lected the Best Com­mer­cial De­vel­op­ment award for South­gate, Brad­ford, while Best Ar­chi­tect went to Carey Jones Chap­man Tolcher.

BWB Con­sult­ing Ltd won Prop­erty Con­sul­tant of the Year and Neil McLean was named Prop­erty Per­son­al­ity of the Year.
