Dacres takes over Set­tle agents

DACRE, Son and Hart­ley has ac­quired Grave­son Es­tate Agents in Set­tle and will now be based at the Grave­son of­fice on the High Street.

Trevor Grave­son will be­come branch man­ager at the Dacres of­fice, re­port­ing to area di­rec­tor Ni­cholas Gee, who will con­tinue to be ac­tively in­volved in the Set­tle op­er­a­tion. Trevor has worked as an es­tate agent for 36 years and started his ca­reer as a civil en­gi­neer. He pre­vi­ously worked for Richard Turner & Son be­fore set­ting up his own busi­ness in the town.

Trevor says: “I am look­ing for­ward to the new en­ter­prise with Dacres. The move will com­bine my lo­cal knowl­edge and con­tacts with Dacres award­win­ning and trusted brand.”
