‘X-Fac­tor’ event raises £30,000

YORK­SHIRE prop­erty pro­fes­sion­als helped raise £30,000 for char­ity by host­ing a ver­sion of the hit ITV show

The Crypt Fac­tor, which is in its fifth year, saw 400 prop­erty, legal and fi­nan­cial pro­fes­sion­als gather at El­land Road Pavil­ion to sup­port Lion­Heart and St Ge­orge’s Crypt in Leeds.

Lion­Heart Trustee Richard Lewis of Town Cen­tre Se­cu­ri­ties, Paula Dil­lon and Claire Wilkin­son of so­lic­i­tors Ad­dle­shaw God­dard and Jonathan Mor­gan of Mor­gans City Liv­ing formed the judg­ing panel and hosted the evening, dis­guised as Louis Walsh, Danni Minogue, Ch­eryl Cole and Si­mon Cow­ell. Rupa Cho­pra of Price Water­house Coop­ers scooped the win­ners’ prize af­ter singing
