Green flats convert to apart-hotel
AWARD-WINNING apartment development Greenhouse has converted some of its flats into an apart-hotel
The apartments can be rented for weekend breaks, weekly working trips or monthly stays, say developers Citu.
Greenhouse in Beeston, Leeds, is one of Britain’s most eco-friendly apartment buildings, boasting ground-source heat, solar panels and roof-top wind turbines. It also allows owner occupiers to monitor their energy useage.
Citu director Fraser Stride, says: “We are very proud of what Greenhouse stands for and believe the addition of the apart-hotel is another string to Leeds’ bow as a city very strong in tourism.”
