BEAD­NALL Co­p­ley, which has branches in Wetherby, Har­ro­gate and Ripon, is cel­e­brat­ing the suc­cess of its multi-view open week­ends.

The com­pany has also been run­ning reg­u­lar “Fo­cus On … “ mar­ket­ing cam­paigns on its web­site, which re­veal the mer­its of par­tic­u­lar ar­eas.

Anrew Bead­nall, who founded the es­tate agency, says: “The week­ends we have run then have seen Ripon’s view­ings up by 58 per cent and Wetherby’s by 110 per cent when com­pared to a nor­mal week­end. I think there is a re­ally good mes­sage here about the mar­ket not be­ing all doom and gloom and by be­ing proac­tive and think­ing out of the box we have pro­duced more view­ers for our ven­dors.”
