Thinking outside the box
BEADNALL Copley, which has branches in Wetherby, Harrogate and Ripon, is celebrating the success of its multi-view open weekends.
The company has also been running regular “Focus On … “ marketing campaigns on its website, which reveal the merits of particular areas.
Anrew Beadnall, who founded the estate agency, says: “The weekends we have run then have seen Ripon’s viewings up by 58 per cent and Wetherby’s by 110 per cent when compared to a normal weekend. I think there is a really good message here about the market not being all doom and gloom and by being proactive and thinking out of the box we have produced more viewers for our vendors.”
