THE National Landlords Association in Sheffield is hosting an evening with property tax expert Carl Bayley.

Sheffield City Council will also be presenting on the introduction of an Article 4 Direction in Sheffield, which will mean landlords may need to apply for planning permission to let property to three or more people sharing.

Shona Davison, local representative, NLA Sheffield, says: “Many landlords will lose the flexibility to switch between renting their properties to families or groups of sharers thanks to Article 4.”

The event is at Sheffield Park Hotel, S8 8BW on Monday, July 18, at 6.30pm and all are welcome.
