PROPERTY in Bingley and its surrounding villages is benefiting from an upturn in market activity, according to Steven Potts of Dacre Son & Hartley.

The firm’s Bingley’s office has seen a significant increase in both sales and lettings over the last six months.

Steven says: “Inclement weather conditions hampered market recovery at the start of the year, but from Easter onwards we have seen a marked increase in sales volumes with buyers’ confidence returning. The fact that Bingley is ideally placed for local amenities, well respected primary and upper schools and a vibrant town centre adds to the town’s appeal, as do the good road and rail links to other West and North Yorkshire business centres.”
