Justin Marking, Head of Residential at Savills says: “We can confirm that following a review of our network of 73 residential offices, we have decided, after careful deliberation and consultation, to close our residential office in Harrogate.

“The catchment areas for this office will be covered by our multi-disciplinary and established office in York.

“The decision is in line with our plan to build on the success of our London residential offices, where it is our intention to open three or four offices in the next 12 months and focus on our more established regional offices.”
