BOCM Pauls Ltd has submitted an outline planning application for Olympia Park, a mixed use urban extension to the east of Selby.

The proposed development is over 200 acres and includes 1,000 new homes. The site would also provide new allotments, sport facilities and local retail and community facilities, say Spawforths, who are acting as planners and architects.

Adrian Spawforth, project architect and Managing Director of Spawforths says: “The challenges of this project include creating a development which will sit sympathetically within the medieval and historic context of the area, and also one which satisfies the needs of the residents of Selby.”
