Auction success for best lots
PROCEEDS of nearly £4m were generated at a recent property auction.
Eddisons reported that six of the 95 lots offered at the two-day sale in Leeds and Manchester were sold.
Among the highlights was a freehold residential development site in East Keswick, to the north of Leeds. The 0.25 acre site offered with outline planning permission for residential development at a guide price of £90,000 plus, sold for £160,000.
Meanwhile, in Settle, North Yorkshire a parcel of land with planning consent for the erection of four properties, sold for £126,000. A through terrace house in the Chapel Allerton area of Leeds sold for £110,500 off a guide of £85,000.
