Yorkshire Post - Property - - PROPERTY -

THE region’s independent agents are coming together to help one another out with the launch of the Yorkshire Region Guild Committee.

The aim is to provide a consistency of service while working together within the code of conduct set by The Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

Developed and led by Wakefield agents Holroyd Miller, the committee already has 17 independent agents. Simon Miller of Holroyd Miller says: “The aim is to allay confusion in the market. Vendors and purchasers are bombarded with differing opinions. From the impact of the recession to the notion that mortgages are hard to secure, not to mention overly positive market trend statistics.”
