MILLER Homes has received a national award for transforming a former Yorkshire brownfield site.

The ‘What House’ award for Best Brownfield Development is presented to the house builder who demonstrates a commitment to inner city and urban renewal and provides an outstanding example as an urban or rural regenerator.

Miller Homes’ h2010 development in Leeds scooped the gold award for this category. Located on the banks of the River Aire and just five minutes’ walk from Clarence Dock, the site will offer 281 contemporary apartments and family homes when completed.

Prices start from £103,500 for a two-bedroom apartment.
