Ar­chi­tects of­fer ad­vice for char­ity

BRAMHALL Blenkharn in Mal­ton are among a raft of York­shire ar­chi­tects tak­ing part in the Ar­chi­tect in the House scheme.

The joint char­i­ta­ble ini­tia­tive by Royal In­sti­tute of Bri­tish Ar­chi­tects (RIBA) and Shel­ter gives homeowners an hour­long con­sul­ta­tion with a RIBA char­tered ar­chi­tect for a sug­gested do­na­tion of £45 to the char­ity.

Ric Blenkharn, of Bramhall Blenkharn, says: “With more of us stay­ing put while our fam­i­lies grow, im­prove­ments can be the best op­tion in mak­ing sure our homes fit our chang­ing needs”.

Homeowners can reg­is­ter for their ex­pert con­sul­ta­tion by vis­it­ing­chi­tectinthe­house.
