Fruitful autumn in store for agents
DACRE, Son & Hartley is predicting one of the busiest autumn selling seasons for some time.
Head of Dacres Residential Patrick McCutcheon, says: “Economic news has improved greatly since the start of 2013 and this has definitely had a positive effect on the property market, which has mirrored this sentiment.
“Whilst the improvements were initially focussed on the sub£500,000 bracket, there is clear evidence that activity is starting to improve in the upper middle sector too.
“As a result we currently have more homes sold subject to contract than at any time since spring 2010 and we have over 5,500 active buyers on our mailing list.”
