Mannings move into Harrogate
ANOTHER sign that the property market is recovering came this week when Leeds-based estate agent Manning Stainton announced expansion plans.
The company has opened a new office in Harrogate to capitalise on those who move from the city to the spa town.
Sales director Mark Manning says: “There’s definitely been something of a migration of people from North Leeds to Harrogate largely because of the schools and its attraction as a perfect place for those with retirement plans.
“The new office on Albert Street takes our branch numbers to 17 at a time when the property market is showing some positive improvement and we have plans to open more.”
