THE Bramham Park 5K and 10K fun runs sponsored by Beadnall Copley drew 696 runners and walkers this year has raised £12,500 for Cancer Research UK so far, which will fund work at St James Hospital, Leeds.

Andrew Beadnall says: “Sunday’s fun run was a wonderful event bringing together a huge cross-section, from children honouring grandparents to mothers remembering daughters and the entire Ledsham Cricket Team dressed in their whites, cherishing the memory of their 38-year-old team mate who died in May this year. We are still amassing all the sponsorship money and it is not too late to donate.”
