Newhomes for a village in demand
THE desirable village of Farnley Tyas, near Huddersfield, is set to get 21 new homes ranging in price from £240,000 to £1.5m.
The development at Beech Farm is a partnership between two of the area’s oldest families. Landowner Paul Sykes and developer John Radcliffe have joined forces to plan and deliver the new-builds.
Construction has started on phase one of the scheme, which includes three houses, a barn and two cottages. Prices start at £407,000 for the cottages.
Those who buy off-plan will have an input on the internal layout and design.
The development is being marketed by Bramleys of Huddersfield, www.bramleys.com.
