Online ac­tiv­ity boosts house sales

AF­TER cel­e­brat­ing their sec­ond an­niver­sary and the launch of the Hunters Ex­clu­sive brand ear­lier in the year, the Ilk­ley team at Hunters is now boast­ing a 50 per cent in­crease in agreed house sales over the last six months.

Lester Hurst, di­rec­tor of Hunters Ilk­ley, says that tra­di­tional news­pa­per ad­ver­tis­ing along with so­cial me­dia has helped boost the com­pany’s ap­peal.

“In ad­di­tion to the tra­di­tional online prop­erty por­tals and news­pa­per ad­ver­tis­ing, we are also pro-ac­tive on Face­book and Twit­ter which is prov­ing very suc­cess­ful,” said Mr Hurst.

He added: “Also, homes of­fered un­der the Ex­clu­sive brand at Hunters Ilk­ley, ben­e­fit from fur­ther ser­vices such as a free in­te­rior de­sign con­sul­ta­tion.”
