Online activity boosts house sales
AFTER celebrating their second anniversary and the launch of the Hunters Exclusive brand earlier in the year, the Ilkley team at Hunters is now boasting a 50 per cent increase in agreed house sales over the last six months.
Lester Hurst, director of Hunters Ilkley, says that traditional newspaper advertising along with social media has helped boost the company’s appeal.
“In addition to the traditional online property portals and newspaper advertising, we are also pro-active on Facebook and Twitter which is proving very successful,” said Mr Hurst.
He added: “Also, homes offered under the Exclusive brand at Hunters Ilkley, benefit from further services such as a free interior design consultation.”
