Buy­ers line up for Is­land quar­ter

WORK at the Lit­tle Kel­ham de­vel­op­ment in Sh­effield’s Kel­ham Is­land Quar­ter is well un­der­way with in­ter­est from po­ten­tial buy­ers con­tin­u­ing to ex­ceed ex­pec­ta­tion, ac­cord­ing to Ais­ling Ramshaw, head of sales and mar­ket­ing for the project.

The mar­ket­ing-suite-cum-bak­ery is now open to the pub­lic and shows im­ages de­pict­ing what the 150 homes and com­mu­nity space will even­tu­ally look like.

Prop­erty de­vel­oper Citu say the first houses are ex­pected to be avail­able to re­serve later this month. A show home is set to open in the spring.

The Lit­tle Kel­ham project will see the con­struc­tion of 150 brand­new low-carbon homes in the city cen­tre, rang­ing from one to four-bed­room houses.
