Buyers line up for Island quarter
WORK at the Little Kelham development in Sheffield’s Kelham Island Quarter is well underway with interest from potential buyers continuing to exceed expectation, according to Aisling Ramshaw, head of sales and marketing for the project.
The marketing-suite-cum-bakery is now open to the public and shows images depicting what the 150 homes and community space will eventually look like.
Property developer Citu say the first houses are expected to be available to reserve later this month. A show home is set to open in the spring.
The Little Kelham project will see the construction of 150 brandnew low-carbon homes in the city centre, ranging from one to four-bedroom houses.
