More homes for Calderdale
LAND: Keyland Developments, the sister company to Yorkshire Water and a subsidiary of the Kelda Group, has signed its biggest Planning Promotional Agreement to date. The deal is with a private landowner on a site of around 30 acres in Calderdale. Keyland’s latest deal follows on from its first two PPA agreements signed last year, which saw 21 acres of land identified as prime for residential development for
240 homes. The latest site in Calderdale has been allocated for housing in the Local Plan and can accommodate up to
276 homes. Keyland works with developers and landowners to overcome planning obstacles.
