WISH LIST: Buyers in

Leeds prefer an “eclectic and traditional” home more appealing than a modern and minimalist-style property, according to a survey by curtains.com. It also reveals that the most important feature in a dream home is a country kitchen, followed by a swimming pool. Over half of moving decisions are swayed by location and most people put a quiet rural setting at the top of their wish list. The second most important factor was a decent-sized garden plot.
