Flats flying off the shelf in city centre
LEEDS: All of the apartments at a development of historic buildings in the grounds of
Leeds Minster have sold within just a few weeks of the scheme completing.
St Peter’s House and Hall now has 12 apartments, most of which have a parking space, on The Calls in the city centre. Jonathan Morgan, from Morgans, the city living specialist who marketed the scheme, says the sensitive restoration and period features were a big attraction: “St Peter’s House and Hall offered a rare opportunity for people to buy a new home in one of Leeds’s most popular residential areas. The homes were purchased by both investors and owner occupiers.”
