Flats fly­ing off the shelf in city cen­tre

LEEDS: All of the apart­ments at a de­vel­op­ment of his­toric build­ings in the grounds of

Leeds Min­ster have sold within just a few weeks of the scheme com­plet­ing.

St Peter’s House and Hall now has 12 apart­ments, most of which have a park­ing space, on The Calls in the city cen­tre. Jonathan Mor­gan, from Mor­gans, the city liv­ing spe­cial­ist who mar­keted the scheme, says the sen­si­tive restora­tion and pe­riod fea­tures were a big at­trac­tion: “St Peter’s House and Hall of­fered a rare op­por­tu­nity for peo­ple to buy a new home in one of Leeds’s most pop­u­lar res­i­den­tial ar­eas. The homes were pur­chased by both in­vestors and owner oc­cu­piers.”
