Good day: Joe Wright

Centre-back has been an earlyseason success story for Rovers and caught the eye once more against Peterborough’s proficient attack with an assured display.

Bad day: John Marquis

Frustration was etched across his face for large parts of the afternoon. Missed a decent early chance and was booked late on. Not his day, but kept going.

Key moment: 25th minute

A sumptuous curler from distance from talented Posh forward Marcus Maddison is too good for Lawlor. But, thankfully for Rovers, it rebounds off the bar.

Ref watch: Graham Salisbury

Good communication levels with the players and was not too flashy with his cards. Blended into the background well.

Rovers did well to keep Posh’s strike force in check, but final ball and the decision-making was a touch lacking further forward.
