Key decisions go against Shaymen
NATIONAL LEAGUE: It is now one win in seven for FC Halifax Town after they were beaten 3-0 at Bromley.
The hosts struck through the excellent Louis Dennis and twice through Josh Rees in a devastating nine-minute spell.
Top-scorer Dennis’s looping header was kept out by Sam Johnson’s left-hand, before Luke Wanadio somehow contrived to poke Dennis’s cross wide.
Omar Bugiel then miscued after being sent through.
Halifax were fortunate to be level at the interval but Dennis headed in off the underside of the bar from a disputed freekick.
Then from a corner, Rees found the net from close range after a shot had come back off the post.
Halifax had a penalty appeal denied and Rees was awarded his second when his shot was deemed to have crossed the line.
