Ti­tle ri­vals York and Bulls col­lect wins

LEAGUE 1: York City Knights and Brad­ford Bulls both com­pleted vic­to­ries as their ti­tle bat­tle looks set to go all the way.

While the Bulls swept to a 54-4 win over neigh­bours Keigh­ley Cougars, lead­ers York chalked up a 18-14 vic­tory at Workington Town.

Connor Robin­son grabbed a try and three goals for York, with other touch­downs com­ing from Ash Rob­son and Joe Batch­e­lor.

Sec­ond-placed Brad­ford were 20-0 ahead at half-time against the Cougars, and eased to vic­tory with hat-tricks from Tuoyo Egodo and Ethan Ryan.

Other tries came from Flana­gan (2), Minchella and Keyes, who chipped in with seven goals.

Don­caster moved up to third in the ta­ble, af­ter run­ning in seven tries in their 38-21 win over New­cas­tle Thun­der.

Tries came from Hakim Miloudi, Matty Be­har­rell, Jack San­der­son, Jason Tali (2), Jor­dan How­den and Jack Lo­gan.

Cain South­ern­wood and Josh Tonks each crossed for two tries in Hun­slet’s 48-12 vic­tory over Lon­don Sko­lars.

Other touch­downs came from Jimmy Wat­son, Ryan Wright and Brad Foster, with Joe San­der­son kick­ing seven goals.
