STYLE CLINIC:

With David Rowley

DEAR Stylist I love designer wear but can’t afford to buy it all of the time, so instead I invest in a few key pieces each season. I have quirky taste and love anything a bit different, do you have any suggestions as to what I should invest in this season?

There are some great new collections coming into store now that the sales have finished, with a massive focus on fur, bright colours, bold prints and cut-outs. Here are a few items that I particularly love this season:

Stella McCartney’s Elsy bronze star flatforms are just fabulous. Unique and daring, these are your future staple fashion statement. Clash them with everything, and walk around with confidence as they will certainly attract attention.

Another favourite of mine, is the faux camel fur gilet also from Stella McCartney’s AW15 collection.

This full length, almost dresslike gilet, is a stand-alone piece that will get you through Autumn and Winter without any whatshould-I-weartoday wardrobe stress. Lastly I have chosen Valentino’s Cosmo print dress. This wool blend dress, is a modern twist on the LBD. Clash it with the Stella McCartney bronze star flatforms and you’re good to go.
