During the 1950s and 1960s, Leeds-born musician and composer Wally Stott became well known for his radio and TV compositions – perhaps most famously he worked on The Goon Show and penned the theme for Hancock’s Half Hour. Then, in 1972 he hit the headlines for a very different reasonason – he underwent a sex change and was renamed Angela Morley. In this documentary, Stuart Barr charts the transgender pioneer’s life.
