Driver dead after car lands in ditch

STEETON: A man has died after the car he was driving left the A629 Aire Valley trunk road and crashed into a ditch at 9.30am yesterday.

A grey Peugeot Partner was travelling towards Silsden when it left the road to the nearside.

Emergency services attended but the male driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
