Road access to £200m housing scheme now open

-

A MILESTONE has been reached in a £200m housing scheme in East Yorkshire as the second phase of a relief road was completed, opening up access for 750 new homes.

The extension included building a bridge over the railway line, connecting Brough with the 125acre project site for the first time.

The mixed-use scheme, which also includes a primary school, health facilities and business units, is being developed by the Horncastle Group PLC on behalf of the Brough South consortium, made up of Horncastle, local landowners and developers Alma Jordan (Builders) Ltd, Riplingham Estates Ltd and BAE Systems Ltd.
