Silver lining

THE FOURTH artwork taking pride of place in Studley Royal has been designed by 11-yearold Foster Carter.

The Raining Cloud was chosen from more than 1,800 entries in a competition run by the North Yorkshire Society of Architects.

Foster, a pupil at Le Cateau Primary School at Catterick Garrison, said: “I thought how wonderful it would be to bring a cloud down to Earth. You can’t do that in real life, but you can do it with art.”
