Crews tackle blaze but tractor destroyed

Firefighters tackled a blaze in North Yorkshire after a tractor caught fire.

Crews were called to Cayton, Scarborough, at about 1.30pm yesterday following reports of a fire.

They found the tractor ablaze when they arrived.

Firefighters used two hose reel jets to douse the flames but the tractor was destroyed.
