Place poles around three yards apart and fol­low­ing the curve of a cir­cle. Re­peat ex­er­cise two in can­ter. Ride this ex­er­cise out of the sad­dle in a light seat so that you’re off your horse’s back and he can re­ally start to en­gage his whole body in can­ter.
