The key to hap­pi­ness – a short nap?

Get­ting a quick snooze in the day­time could be the se­cret to find­ing hap­pi­ness. That’s the find­ings from re­cent re­search that dis­cov­ered tak­ing naps of less than 30 min­utes dur­ing the day im­proves our sense of well­be­ing. More than 1,000 peo­ple took part in the study, with 66 per cent of ’short nap­pers’ (who snoozed for less than 30 min­utes) re­port­ing feel­ing happy. But the re­search found those who took longer naps were less happy than those who didn’t nap at all!
