The key to happiness – a short nap?
Getting a quick snooze in the daytime could be the secret to finding happiness. That’s the findings from recent research that discovered taking naps of less than 30 minutes during the day improves our sense of wellbeing. More than 1,000 people took part in the study, with 66 per cent of ’short nappers’ (who snoozed for less than 30 minutes) reporting feeling happy. But the research found those who took longer naps were less happy than those who didn’t nap at all!
