BOUNCING BACK

-

Slept badly? One bad night shouldn’t set you back significantly but a few simple steps could help you get back on track. Have a good breakfast – try a bowl of porridge topped with berries and nuts and seeds or eggs and spinach on toast. Go out for a walk – gentle exercise combined with some fresh air and daylight could help to revive you and reset your body clock. Swap coffee for water – tempting as caffeine might be, try to drink plenty of water instead to ease tiredness and prevent headaches. Nap if you need to – a quick power nap early afternoon will help you recharge without affecting your bedtime.
