Slept badly? One bad night shouldn’t set you back sig­nif­i­cantly but a few sim­ple steps could help you get back on track. Go out for a walk – gen­tle ex­er­cise com­bined with some fresh air and day­light could help to re­vive you and re­set your body clock. Swap cof­fee for wa­ter – tempt­ing as caffeine might be, try to drink plenty of wa­ter in­stead to ease tired­ness and pre­vent headaches. Nap if you need to – a quick power nap early af­ter­noon will help you recharge with­out af­fect­ing your bed­time.
