Asthma at­tacks are the re­sult of symp­toms get­ting grad­u­ally worse over a few days – and you may not no­tice it hap­pen­ing. “Need­ing to use your re­liever in­haler three or more times a week may sug­gest that your asthma is not as well man­aged as it could be,” says Andy. “If your asthma symp­toms are get­ting worse, or you’re us­ing your re­liever in­haler more, don’t ig­nore it – speak to your GP or asthma nurse for ad­vice.”
