■ My greatgrandmother, Jean, had this photo taken at the age of 23. She has recently turned 90 and still has that gorgeous figure!

■ Here is a picture of a lady called Flo wearing the typical swimsuit of the time. Swimwear was far more functional and far less skimpy back then, but the height of fashion!

■ I was only aged 14 when this was taken on the beach at Barmouth, Wales. My bikini bottoms were slightly on the large size, but the top fitted me perfectly. They don’t make them like that anymore!

■ My mum, Margaret, was only 21 in this photograph and looks like a film star. She’s 81 now, but in my eyes, she’s still a beautiful woman and I’m proud to call her my mum.
