EASTER EGG NESTS
MAKES: 10 PREP: 15 MINS COOK: 5 MINS + CHILLING
4x53g Mars Bars, chopped
100g (4oz) unsalted butter
100g (4oz) puffed rice (eg Rice Crispies) Chocolate mini eggs
1. Place some muffin cases in a 12-hole muffin tin.
2. Place the Mars Bars and butter in a medium saucepan and stir over low heat for 5 mins or until melted. 3. Place puffed rice in a large heatproof bowl. Add melted Mars Bar mixture and stir to combine. Divide mixture among the cases when cool, shaping into nests. 4. Refrigerate until firm then fill with mini eggs just before serving.
