If you’re con­sid­er­ing Eq­uity Re­lease to help fund a bet­ter re­tire­ment, Key can guide you through your op­tions. There is no obli­ga­tion or pres­sure to go ahead if you book an ap­point­ment with Key, their job is to give the ex­pert ad­vice and in­for­ma­tion you need to make the de­ci­sion that meets your in­di­vid­ual needs, with:

■ Ac­cred­ited In­de­pen­dent Ad­vis­ers – they are not tied to any lenders

■ Face-to-face ap­point­ments – in the com­fort of your own home

■ Whole of mar­ket com­par­i­son – Key con­sid­ers all eq­uity re­lease providers. After dis­cussing the op­tions with you, Key will make a rec­om­men­da­tion and if Eq­uity Re­lease isn’t right for you, your Key ad­viser will tell you.

Un­less you de­cide to go ahead, Key’s ser­vice is com­pletely free of charge as Key’s usual ad­vice fee of 1.99% of the amount re­leased, would only be payable on com­ple­tion of a plan, sub­ject to a min­i­mum ad­vice fee of £1,499.
